MERCER, Pa. — A western Pennsylvania man has pleaded guilty to having sex with a girl, then 15, who made a false rape claim against another man so she could move in with him.
Sentencing was not immediately scheduled after 24-year-old Raymond Ondic Jr., of Farrell, pleaded guilty to statutory sexual assault.
Police say Ondic convinced his girlfriend, then 15, to concoct the rape claim last April against her mother's boyfriend. Ondic did that so the girl could move in with him.
Police tell The Herald, of Sharon, the girl recanted the rape allegation and eventually told police that Ondic had threatened to shoot her if she told anyone they were having sex.
Mercer County prosecutors dropped other charges including terroristic threats against Ondic in exchange for his guilty plea Monday to the sex charge. He remains jailed pending sentencing.

Interesting story - a black male law student at the University of Virginia made up a story of racial harassment by campus police, got found out, and has gone unpunished, because “Pressing charges in this case might inhibit another individual who experiences real police misconduct from coming forward with a complaint.”

Racism is the same as feminism. Females, as well as blacks, are always excused for their transgressions. Even if they kill (men, or whites), they have an excuse.
Making false rape charges > no punishment for girl
Note that all charges against Raymond were only "she said": accusation by a girl that already was proven to be a false rape accuser. In other word, accusations by a proven and confessed liar.
He could have stonewalled, but even a liar's accusation weighs a lot if she is a woman
